Service agreement and fees

Fees are charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

A service agreement is provided before supports begin. It outlines the agreed supports, how scheduling will work, and key terms such as cancellations and service changes.

What your service agreement covers

  • Supports to be delivered and how they align with your plan goals

  • Hours, scheduling, and preferred communication

  • Responsibilities of both the participant and provider

  • How changes, holds, or service exits are handled

Cancellations and travel
Where applicable, cancellation and travel charges are applied in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and will be explained clearly before services begin.
