Referrals are welcome from support coordinators, case managers, plan managers, allied health professionals, and families.

We welcome participants who are NDIA managed, plan managed, or self managed, depending on service type and availability.

To begin, we usually need the participant’s suburb, preferred days and times, NDIS management type, and a brief note on the support requested. Further details can be confirmed during intake.

No. Mindful Pathways Support provides psychology-informed, non-clinical disability support. We do not provide therapy, counselling, psychological assessment, diagnosis, nursing or medical care.

Yes. Where consent is provided, we work alongside support coordinators, occupational therapists, behaviour support practitioners and other allied health professionals.

It means we use an understanding of behaviour, motivation, communication and emotional wellbeing in everyday disability support. We look at the whole person, not just the plan.
