Who we are
Starting support should feel safe, clear, and consistent. At Mindful Pathways Support, we deliver NDIS supports across Perth metro with a focus on everyday progress, not quick fixes.
We support children, young people, and adults with a wide range of disabilities and support needs. Our work is practical and person-centred, built around what matters to the individual, their goals, and what helps day-to-day life run more smoothly.
Led by a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) graduate, we value respectful communication and collaboration. With consent, we work alongside families and the wider support team so everyone is working from the same page.
Who we support
We support children, young people, and adults across Perth metro who have a wide range of disabilities and support needs.
This includes autism, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, physical disability, neurological conditions, sensory disability, and complex or multiple disabilities. We focus on steady, practical support that is tailored to the person and aligned with their goals, routines, and preferred way of communicating.
Why choose Mindful Pathways Support
We provide structured, practical NDIS support that fits real life. Our approach is calm, consistent, and focused on helping people build skills and confidence at home and in the community across Perth metro.
We keep support predictable and organised, so routines feel easier to follow and progress is more sustainable.
Structured and steady
We set expectations early, follow through on what is agreed, and keep updates simple and respectful.
Clear communication
We value diversity and provide support that respects language, culture, and family values, without assumptions.
Culturally responsive
Support is shaped around individual goals, preferences, strengths, and communication styles, not a generic program.
Tailored to the person
Collaborative and coordinated
With consent, we work alongside families, support coordinators, plan managers, and allied health so everyone is aligned.
We maintain boundaries, prioritise dignity and privacy, and deliver support in a way that is responsible and consistent.
Professional and safe
Our values
We protect dignity, privacy, and choice. Support is delivered in a way that honours the person’s preferences, boundaries, and right to be heard.

Excellence
We take time to listen and respond with patience and care. We aim to understand what is happening underneath the surface, especially when life feels overwhelming.
Empathy
We work as part of a team around the person. With consent, we collaborate with families, support coordinators, plan managers, and allied health so support remains aligned and consistent.
Cooperation
We do what we say we will do. We are honest about capacity, clear about expectations, and consistent in how we show up.
