Who we are
Mindful Pathways Support is a registered NDIS provider based in Perth, Western Australia.
We provide psychology-informed, non-clinical disability support for children, young people, and adults looking to build independence, routine, confidence, and connection in their daily lives.
Our approach focuses on the whole person rather than just their plan. We take the time to understand each participant’s goals, strengths, communication style, and emotional well-being to create an environment where they feel safe to grow. Where consent is provided, our team collaborates closely with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure all support is aligned.
We are psychology-informed, not clinical. We do not provide therapy, counselling, psychological assessment or diagnosis. Our role is to provide steady, respectful support in everyday life.
Who we support
We support children, young people, and adults across Perth metro who have a wide range of disabilities and support needs.
This includes autism, psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, physical disability, neurological conditions, sensory disability, and complex or multiple disabilities. We focus on steady, practical support that is tailored to the person and aligned with their goals, routines, and preferred way of communicating.
Support that actually works
One of our participants had an occupational therapy report full of good strategies. What was missing was someone to carry them into everyday life.
We sat down with her OT, understood the strategies properly, and built them into every shift. Within months, she was managing parts of her morning routine on her own for the first time.
That's the gap we close. Between the plan and the person. Between the strategy on paper and what actually happens in someone's day.
Our values
We protect dignity, privacy, and choice. Support is delivered in a way that honours the person’s preferences, boundaries, and right to be heard.
Respect
We hold high standards for safety, quality, and ongoing improvement. We reflect on what is working, seek feedback, and keep raising the bar.
Excellence
We take time to listen and respond with patience and care. We aim to understand what is happening underneath the surface, especially when life feels overwhelming.
Empathy
We work as part of a team around the person. With consent, we collaborate with families, support coordinators, plan managers, and allied health so support remains aligned and consistent.
Cooperation
We do what we say we will do. We are honest about capacity, clear about expectations, and consistent in how we show up.
Integrity
We are reliable, prepared, and respectful in every setting. We keep communication clear, maintain appropriate boundaries, and follow safe, ethical practice.
Professionalism
