Mindful Pathways Support is an NDIS registered provider working across Perth metro. We support a broad range of people with a broad range of needs, and what we bring to every single one of them is the same thing: we look at the whole person, not just the plan.

Who we support

We work with children, young people, and adults across the full spectrum of disability and support needs. Physical, sensory, neurological, intellectual, psychosocial, and complex or multiple needs. There isn't a narrow profile of who we're built for. We're not a niche provider.

What unites the people we work with isn't a diagnosis. It's what they need from a support relationship. Consistency. To be understood, not managed. Support that helps them build toward their own goals, whatever those look like.

We adjust to different communication styles, sensory needs, and processing speeds.

How we support people

Our approach is psychology-informed, not clinical. Our team is trained to understand behaviour, motivation, and emotional well-being, and to bring that understanding into everyday support, whatever the support looks like on a given day. We ask not just what someone needs help with, but what may be getting in the way, and what kind of support helps them feel safe enough to build confidence.

What we're not

We're honest about scope. We don't provide clinical psychology, therapy, formal assessments, diagnosis, or medical and nursing care. If that's needed, we'll let you know and help connect you with the right professional.
