Mindful Pathways Support welcomes feedback and takes concerns seriously. Feedback helps us improve the quality and safety of our supports.
If something is not working, we encourage you to tell us as early as possible so we can respond promptly and work towards a respectful outcome. Where appropriate, we will discuss options and agree on next steps.
